• • Supabase — Database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy). Your data is stored on Supabase's PostgreSQL servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
• • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — We receive messages from your customers via the Meta Platform. Our use is governed by Meta's Platform Terms (developers.facebook.com/terms).
• • Anthropic (Claude AI) — Your customer messages may be processed by Claude AI to generate automated replies. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy
• • Vercel — Hosting and deployment (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

৫. তথ্য সংরক্ষণ / Data Retention

• • Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days after deletion
• • Order and conversation data is retained for 2 years for business compliance purposes
• • You may request immediate deletion of your data by emailing us

You have the right to:

• • Correction — Update incorrect personal information via Settings
• • Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Axiora Sell uses essential session cookies only for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

৯. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা / Children's Privacy

Axiora Sell is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
